Pine Valley is excited to offer laser tag as a recreation option. Our laser tag system can be played at multiple areas around camp, in one of our meeting halls during the rain, or on our grass field during the evening. The games we play with this equipment make it like you are in a real-life video game.
We can currently accommodate up to 30 players and the cost is $12 for an hour per player.
To improve the experience of our campers, we have purchased two tractors and two Hayride wagons that will provide years of “Hayride Fun” as they tour the beautiful Cleveland National forest that surrounds the camp. You can schedule a wagon for a 30-minute ride for $70, each wagon will accommodate around 30 riders.
Play a tournament or just a round at our four horseshoe pits located near the grass field.
Add an element of fun for your group without adding excessive cost to your camp visit. Whether it is an addition for a camp relay race at the playing field or a bounce house for the younger members of your group, take a look at the inflatable list below and ask the office for more details. Our staff will set them up and take them down and your volunteers will oversee your group. Contact the office for rental fees and details.

Participants climb and navigate our challenge course at ~35 feet above the ground. Under the supervision of our trained staff, groups of 10-20 participants experience the joy of overcoming fears and obstacles. Our goal is to foster individual growth and group support during this 2-hour session. Please note the following policies and the participant guidelines at the bottom of the page:*
The Landing Zone is our way out of “The Comfort Zone” or you can ride the Zip Line without going on the High Ropes Course. Either way, please remain seated until the ride has come to a full and complete stop. Please note the following policies and participant guidelines at the bottom of the page:*
Located at our Ropes Course, the Vertical Playpen is an activity that links the challenge and fun of High Ropes with the simplicity of a climbing wall. Instead of holds, participants will climb a cargo net and a “Giant’s Ladder” (a vertical combination of cable and wood) eventually standing on a beam with feet ~24 feet off of the ground. Since two people can go at a time, participants can cooperate with a partner or race to the top!
If you are interested in Teambuilding, ask about our Group Initiative Course.
Get a team together and start a tournament at our sand volleyball court! Court lighting provides the option for night play as well.
Our grass sports field provides a wonderful place for all kinds of sports!
Using cables, ropes, and the occasional odd object, teams explore risk-taking, leadership, and communication. Participants gradually expand their comfort zones (sometimes dramatically) and recognize fears that may block personal and professional achievement. Each challenge draws upon team members to actively support each other.
Facilitator-led discussions following each challenge differ in length and depth depending on the group’s goals for the time. Some find a high-five and a quick acknowledgment of successes sufficient before moving on. Other teams take time to examine their group processing skills and team dynamics as they connect the activity to real-world environments and relationships. A Challenge by Choice philosophy enables every participant to experience their own success in the context of their own aspirations.
For a full day experience of Challenge Course activities, consider combining our Team building with our High Ropes course.
Our tire swing is always fun!
