Recreation activities are designed not just for fun, but with the goal of fostering individual growth and group support among all participants.

Archery

 

Take to the range and test your skills of accuracy and precision with archery! Our facility will provide the appropriate equipment and staff to ensure a time of challenge, safety, and fun! Ask about slingshots too!

 

 

Arrow Tag

 

Arrow Tag combines the techniques of archery with the gameplay of dodgeball! Our facility will provide the appropriate equipment and staff to ensure your group enjoys this unique activity! 

 

Axe Throwing

 

Axe Throwing is a target sport like archery, in which participants throw axes, hatchets, and knives at wooden targets.

*Exclusively for campers aged 15 and up.

 

 

Hayride

 

Our tractors and hayride wagons tour remote parts of camp as well as the beautiful Cleveland National Forest that surrounds the camp.

 

 

Inflatables

Inflatables are great for endless fun and laughter! Add excitement with our thrilling obstacle courses, bounce house, or a fun game of Twister designed to challenge and entertain guests of all ages.

 

Laser Tag

 

Test your aim as you take on other players on our outdoor Laser Tag course! This fast-paced activity offers a unique target sport activity.

 

 

Pine Climb

 

The Pine Climb is our unique take on a climbing wall. Built upon three of our Coulter pines are climbing holds and Auto Belays.

 

 

Ropes Course

 

Our ropes course features the following, which can be reserved separately or in packaged deals:

 

  • Level One: The first level of our course features 15 elements of various difficulties, but tend to be best for beginners and those who don’t want to stray too far from the ground. Activities include a log walk, rope bridge, swings and more!
  • Level Two: The more challenging of the two levels features 15 additional elements. Activities include a skateboard, cargo net, vines, and more!
  • Step of Faith: After climbing to the top of our ropes course using a combination of climbing walls, ladders, and ropes, take one giant step of faith to float through the air and descend back to the ground.
  • Zipline: The most popular activity on our ropes course is the zipline. Climb to new heights, then transfer to a thrilling ride back to the ground.

 

Team Building

 

Move out of your comfort zone and closer to your teammates. We will test out traditional “low ropes” elements that will have you balancing, swinging, and strategizing together.

 

 

Self-Serve

 

We offer a wide variety of self-serve recreation options, catering to all ages. Check out our tire swing, gameroom, disc golf, basketball court, and much more for free during your stay!

 

 

 

 

Summer Season Activities

Pool

 

Southern California can get hot. Schedule a stop at the pool for your guest group! The pool is open and operational each year beginning Memorial Day through the end of September (weather permitting).

The pool includes:

 

  • Water-park style slide
  • In pool Basketball and Volleyball nets
  • Plenty of deck space
  • Bath facility with restrooms and showers
  • Certified American Red Cross lifeguards are provided

 

Slip N’ Slide

 

Our 45′ Slip n’ Slide is available at no extra cost to guests during our summer season. The SnS is open and operational each year beginning Memorial Day through the end of September (weather permitting)
