Archery

Archery

Take to the range and test your skills of accuracy and precision with archery! Our facility will provide the appropriate equipment and staff to ensure a time of challenge, safety, and fun! Ask about slingshots too!

*Please do not bring your personal bows to camp; we do not allow them at our range.

Arrow Tag combines the techniques of archery with the gameplay of dodgeball! Our facility will provide the appropriate equipment and staff to ensure your group enjoys this unique activity!

Axe Throwing

Axe Throwing is a target sport like archery, in which participants throw axes, hatchets, and knives at a circular target. Our facility will provide a staff member, equipment, and instruction for this activity!

With bumps and banks, you ride into an experience suitable for beginners to advanced riders. Our staff provides the necessary gear and tips for you to enjoy your first ride… or to take the next step and start grabbing some air!

Disc Golf

Disc Golf

Our nine-hole disc golf course is spread over 20 acres. Check in at our office to get a course map and bag of discs.  It’s free to play; leave your driver’s license as a deposit.

Each disc bag includes: driver, mid-range disc, and putter

Hayrides

Our two tractors and hayride wagons tour remote parts of camp as well as the beautiful Cleveland National Forest that surrounds the camp.  You can schedule a wagon for 30 minutes to 1 hour, and each wagon will accommodate around 30 riders.

Everyone’s favorite miniaturized soccer game has been blown up again in a new way. Participants have the same parameters that the figurines do – playing only as far as they can reach while holding onto their line.

Inflatables

Add an element of fun for your group without adding excessive cost to your camp visit.  Whether it is an addition for a camp relay race at the playing field or a bounce house for the younger members of your group, take a look at the inflatable list below and ask the office for more details. Our staff will set them up and take them down and your volunteers will oversee your group. Contact the office for rental fees and details.

7 Element Obstacle Course

  • 31’L x 12’ W x  7′ H  (indoor or outdoor)
  • Suitable for children and adults
  • Two participants at a time
  • Needs two volunteers from the group to supervise the operation of the inflatable.

Bounce House

  • 14’L x 14’ W x 15′ H
  • Suitable for small children to adults.
  • Can accommodate  8 children or 4 teens/adults  at a time
  • Needs one volunteer from the group to supervise the operation of this inflatable.

Giant Slide (Wet/Dry)

  • 30’ L x 13′ W x 18’ H
  • Suitable for children and adults.
  • Can accommodate 5 campers at a time.
  • Needs one volunteer from the group to supervise the operation of this inflatable.

Test your aim as you take on other players on our outdoor Laser Tag course! This fast-paced activity offers a unique target sport activity led by our staff. All equipment and instructions are provided.

Pine Climb

The Pine Climb is our unique take on a climbing wall. Built upon three of our Coulter pines are climbing holds and Auto Belays. Our staff will outfit participants with the appropriate climbing gear and facilitate as they climb to new heights!

Pool & Water Slide

Pool & Water Slide

Southern California can get hot. Schedule a stop at the pool for your guest group! The pool is open and operational each year beginning Mother’s Day through the end of September. Schedule your group through the office.

The pool includes:

  • Water-park style slide
  • In pool Basketball and Volleyball nets
  • Plenty of deck space
  • Bath facility with restrooms and showers
  • Certified American Red Cross lifeguards are provided

As with all other recreation activities, each group must have adult leaders present for children to swim.

Pool dress code: In order to best serve all of our guest groups, we have a dress code. Group leaders are responsible for the compliance of their group.

  • All children that are not potty-trained MUST wear swim diapers.
  • Men must wear board shorts or regular swimsuits, no speedos, please.
  • Girls must wear a one-piece swimsuit or a dark t-shirt over two-piece swimsuits.
  • No lifeguard apparel is permitted in the pool area.

Ropes Course

Ropes Course: The Comfort Zone

Participants climb and navigate our challenge course at ~35 feet above the ground. With several different elements, our course provide a fun and challenging experiences for participants. 

 

 

Zip Line: The Landing Zone

The Zip Line is a thrilling way to end your experience on our Ropes Course! We also allow the Zip Line to be booked as its own activity! Our trained staff will instruct, outfit, and send you on your way toward adventure   

 

 

Vertical Playpen

The Vertical Playpen is an activity that links the challenge and fun of High Ropes with the simplicity of a climbing wall. Instead of holds, participants will climb a cargo net and a “Giant’s Ladder” eventually finishing with a leap ~24 feet off the ground.  

 

Ropes Course – Zip Line – Vertical Playpen Participant Guidelines

  • Participants must be 13 years or older for the High Ropes course.
  • Participants must weigh between 50 and 250 lbs.
  • Closed-toe secure footwear is mandatory.
  • Individuals with joint, back, neck, heart problems, or are pregnant should check with their physician before participating. 

Slip n’ Slide

Slip n’ Slide

Our 45′ Slip n’ Slide is available at no extra cost to guests.  The Slip n’ Slide is open from Mother’s Day to the end of September.  We will set up the Slip n’ slide for your group, and your group leaders are responsible for supervising.

Our tire swing is always fun!  The key is available for check-out in the office and requires a driver’s license as a deposit.
