Pine Valley Bible Conference Center is blessed to have over 64 beautiful acres surrounded by pine trees, mountain tops, and, at nearly 4,000 feet, plenty of fresh air! Our facilities include a complete buffet-style Dining Hall capable of seating up to 320 campers. We have 40 individual motel-style lodge rooms as well as 20 dormitories, each with their own shower and restrooms capable of sleeping 12 campers each. Various size meeting rooms, Summit Grill, Altitude Coffee Shop, and Elevation Gift Store are also available.

Dining Hall
Our food service team loves to serve our guests by preparing nutritious, high-quality meals. Our chef believes in using the highest quality food available. We pride ourselves in preparing wonderful meals for your group retreat. Also, if you have a special diet need, please see our section below addressing this area. Our tables typically seat 8 guests per table.
Special Diets
We desire to do our best to serve our guests who have special dietary needs. We have a specific policy regarding what needs we can accommodate. If you book a group retreat, please speak with the Food Services Department about what needs you have. Linked on this page is a Special Diet Request Form that your Group Coordinator needs to forward to those with special dietary needs and food allergies.
To help us prepare, EACH group member with a special diet request is required to fill out and submit the form 2 weeks in advance of arrival.
Our official statement on dietary needs: “Pine Valley Bible Conference Center can accommodate the following five special dietary needs: gluten-intolerance, egg, dairy, nut allergies, and vegetarian.”
Some restrictions apply as we are a shared facility and the food is prepared on equipment that may contain nuts, wheat, dairy, and eggs.
Altitude Coffee Shop
Located on the second floor of the Administration Office Building, this newly remodeled space is great for studying, gathering, or fellowshipping!

For children’s camps, we offer Kids Kafe, including all the features of a coffee shop without any of the coffee! Get drinks such as smoothies, cream frappes, Italian sodas, and hot chocolate, plus add popping boba pearls to any cold beverage! We can convert the Altitude Cafe to the Kids Kafe upon request.
Summit Grill Snack Bar
Located next to the Gameroom, our grill for a variety of snacks, sodas, fried, and frozen treats!

Not in the mood for heavy snacks? The Summit Ice Cream Shoppe is exactly what you need. It’s the grill without the grill, specializing in frozen treats such as ice cream cones, sundaes, shave ice, floats, and shakes, plus a full selection of fountain soda. We can convert the Summit Grill to the Summit Ice Cream Shoppe with advance notice.
Elevation General Store
Located on the second floor of the Administration Office Building, the General Store is full of wonderful gifts for your home, books for your soul, and a variety of snacks and drinks.

Meeting Rooms
Pine Valley has over nine different meeting rooms ranging from a 15 person-350 person capacity. Each of our meeting rooms come equipped to make coffee, tea, and other hot drinks. Seating can be arranged in a variety of ways to meet the needs of your group.
Taylor Hall
Taylor Hall is our largest meeting hall and is located near our Swimming Pool Complex.
