Typical Dining Hall Meals

Breakfast:
Homemade Granola, oatmeal & cream of wheat, assorted cold cereals, toaster station including bagels, breads and English muffins. Fresh seasonal fruits & assorted yogurts fill our salad bar area every morning. Our menus include real eggs (typically scrambled), sweet cream pancakes, Texas toast style French toast, and breakfast meats include sausage, ham or bacon. Our egg breakfast will include selected country potatoes and a fresh baked bakery item. Our chef has a signature breakfast of fresh baked buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy your grandma would be proud of.
Lunch:
Our lunches always include our fresh greens salad bar with 10 items, freshly made salad dressings and homemade croutons. Our entrees include deli sandwiches, barbecued Angus beef hamburgers, chicken breast cutlets with all the toppings, PVBCC Signature Chili and fresh made soups. We even do french fries and assorted chips. We always include dessert.
Dinner:
Our dinners always include our fresh greens salad bar with 10 items, freshly made salad dressings and homemade croutons. We serve a wide variety of dinners from pastas, grilled chicken and even pot roast with all the accompaniments and fresh baked bakery item. We always include dessert.
We are always willing to upgrade to a deluxe dinner or lunch if you prefer for and additional charge per meal. Call regarding details.
Snack options for evenings or afternoons:
On the first night of your overnight stay we will place a complementary tray of homemade cookies and fresh fruit in your meeting room. It’s our way of saying welcome to our retreat center.
We also offer a wide variety of snack options. Please contact our Guest Experience Department to design a snack for your group.
